Happy Chinese New Year! It's the Year of the Tiger which is supposed to herald change. Let's hope the changes are only peaceful and positive ones. We certainly all need a change from the restrictions and fear that the Covid pandemic has inflicted upon the world. I like to imagine the tiger chasing away the rest of the virus, so that by the end of the year we can all be resuming the lives we once led: travelling, getting together with friends and family, attending events at crowded venues without a care in the world. Change is also good for one's artistic practice and in the year ahead I hope to continue experimenting with changes of technique, subject matter and approach as the year progresses. After all the only constant is change.
