At a time when we have been unable to travel very far from our homes due to the Coronavirus restrictions, I have been travelling in my mind to imagined and remembered places. I've been transported to beaches, harbours, seascapes, lakes and rivers simply through the use of water, pigment and paper while sitting at an easel in my studio. I've had lots of fun experimenting with different techniques to produce semi-abstract images of these places. My aim has been to leave a lot to the viewer's imagination, so that hopefully the pictures evoke your own memories, dreams and imaginings.
