I finally got tired of all the time wasted fumbling for the right brush while my watercolour paper was rapidly drying. When I was painting in the studio my brushes were jumbled together in an old mug and it always seemed the one I reached for had gone into hiding. My handy husband has finally came up with the perfect solution. So simple to make - just few drill holes of different sizes in a sturdy block of wood that was hanging around in the shed waiting for its purpose in life to be revealed. Here's my smart new brush holder. Mmm...maybe it's time to order some smart new brushes to go with it!
